October Was Cold

So I’m talking tracks, not temps.

October 2017 was actually a little warm, but global warming doesn’t exist so it’s fine! RIGHT???

Lord, help us.

But yeah, a lot of good music dropped last month! Sam Smith got us in our feelings early on with the Timberland-produced, “Pray”. Kelela blessed us with her debut album, Take Me Apart. Sabrina Claudio, DVSN, and Majid Jordan each gave us solid, smooth records with About TimeMorning After and The Space Between, respectively. AND we got some newer faces, too!

The phenomenal singer-songwriter Kirby took us to church with “Vain”. Brent Faiyaz gave us a new-nostalgiac (trademark?) track with the Sonder Son standout, “Talk 2 U”. And my favorite new artist, Yaeji, gave us the hazy “Drink I’m Sippin On”. ‘Twas a lot.

WELP, while I continue the search for my wig, go ahead and get into my favorite tracks from last month below!
